About Jenny Donne
A Rotorua Lake Tarawera local, is an experienced award winning real estate agent who has successfully completed millions of dollars’ worth of real estate transactions over the past 13 years.
Having lived in the Rotorua Lakes area for a significant period of time, Jenny’s knowledge of the local real estate market is exceptional. Her family have owned property at Lake Tarawera since 1960 and Jenny has spent a lot of her time there. It’s no surprise then that she has already become known as the “go to” agent in the area. Her clients are choosing to work with her for her professionalism, ethics, consistency, experience and her ability to keep her word.
Another advantage is her global perspective. Having grown up in an army family stationed around the world Jenny's seen a variety of life. She's at ease with all people and adapts to any environment.
Outside of work, Jenny and her family volunteer their time to various community initiatives including local fishing competitions; she supports the Lake Tarawera Sailing Trust and was a founding member of the Tarawera Playcentre set up approximately 20 years ago which is now the Community Centre.
The growth of internet and mobile technology has opened up the potential to offer extensive exposure, not just locally, but also nationally and internationally. To be successful and capture the right buyers, and achieve an optimum price for your property, however, can only be achieved by an agent who believes in the community and the area. Jenny’s passion for her area shines clearly as she presents her clients properties to a range of buyers.
Jenny is excited to be part of the Bayleys team and to align herself with the boutique business. Long been recognized as specialist marketers of New Zealand waterfront properties, the company's dedicated waterfront division caters for the needs of vendors and purchasers. Specialized marketing initiatives ensure these highly sought after properties get what they deserve.
Jenny's well established network combined with Bayleys' comprehensive database of potential purchasers bodes well for real estate in the Rotorua Lakes District.
